SIS' LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD | |
1/2 - 2/3 bowl shredded lettuce 1/4 c. or 1 sm. onion, diced 1 or 2 stalks celery, diced 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 bag frozen peas (do not cook) DRESSING: 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing Mix together and spread on layer of peas. Spread 1/4 to 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese on top of dressing layer. Garnish with crisp, fried bacon. Let set overnight (do not stir). Before serving garnish with tomato and sliced boiled eggs. |
