PEANUT BUTTER PLAYDOUGH FOR
LACTOSE INTOLERANT

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
4-6 oz. corn flour or corn meal

Combine together peanut butter and honey. Add the corn flour until it reaches the desired consistency.

I came up with this idea after finding recipes only using dried milk but had a very lactose intolerant child in my class. In my opinion this recipe tastes better than the recipe using dried milk.

Note: Corn muffin mix (like Jiffy-Mix) can be substituted for corn meal.

I love this recipe but use potato starch instead of flour or corn starch. 1 cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp. honey, 1/4 cup potato starch. Mix well & have fun corn, gluten & dairy free.
