1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Mix all together and let set several hours. Serve with small cut carrots or any vegetable.
