SNAPPY APPLE PIE 
1 frozen 9 inch pie shell
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon whipped dessert
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. canned applesauce
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Bake pie shell crust and cool. Beat whipped dessert mix in deep bowl or mixer until thick about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup applesauce and nutmeg and beat 2 minutes longer. Fold in remaining applesauce. Spoon into cooled pie shell. Chill until firm about 2 hours. Serve topped with cherry pie filling.
