HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
French dressing (Wishbone)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. almonds or pecans (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can French fried onions

Day before, boil chicken breasts, cool, remove meat from bones and cut into bite sized pieces. Toss in French dressing and marinate overnight. Next day add celery and mayonnaise to taste (be generous with mayonnaise) to make a chicken salad. Nuts may also be added if desired. Place salad evenly in a baking dish and spread jar of cheese on top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or a little longer if not starting from room temperature). Put can of French fried onion rings on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes longer.
