4 LAYER CHOCOLATE SUNDAE DESSERT 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Nuts

Blend together first 3 ingredients for crust and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan or dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 minutes.

Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar; spread on cool crust.

Mix pudding as directed on package and pour on top of cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
