1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
1 deep dish (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Mix all ingredients. Spread in pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until filling is set.
