HOLIDAY PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Karo light syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. whole & broken pecan pieces
9 inch unbaked pie shell, can use a frozen purchased pie shell

After beating eggs, combine the remaining ingredients, then pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

This will be a touch of home while we are in Japan.
