HIGH FIBER/LOW FAT DINNER ROLLS | |
2 tbsp. yeast 1/2 c. warm water 1 c. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1 c. skim milk 1 egg white Mix all ingredients together. Add 3 cups of whole wheat flour or 1 1/2 cups whole wheat and 1 1/2 cups white flour. Let rise until doubled. Shape into clover leaf, crescent or whatever shape you're familiar with. Bake 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes - rolls. Double the recipe for greater amount. |
