DINNER YEAST ROLLS 
4 c. milk
3 packs yeast
10 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter, melted

Warm milk; add yeast. When dissolved, add other ingredients and knead well. Roll into 2-inch balls and put into pan. Spoon melted butter over top and let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350°F until golden.
