DEEP DISH BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter chips or chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 8 x 8 inches. In medium bowl blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well with spoon.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chips. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely; cut into squares. 16 brownies.
