MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese and Fritos

Brown meat and onion. Mix meat with corn, bean, soup and tomatoes; heat through. Pour 1/2 mixture in long casserole dish. Cover with Fritos. Cover Fritos with shredded cheese. Add other 1/2 mixture. Top with more shredded cheese. Place in oven at 400 degrees until bubbly.
