MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
2 tsp. chili powder
12 corn tortillas
Velveeta cheese
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

Brown ground beef; drain. In baking dish cover bottom with tortillas torn into pieces. Pour meat over this; add beans over meat. Place strips of Velveeta cheese on top. Cover with tortillas. Mix cream of mushroom soup with Rotel tomatoes; heat. Pour this mixture over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling hot.
