HERRIMAN'S OATMEAL COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until silver knife inserted into outer edges comes out clean, approximately 60 minutes.
