TANGY VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 c. cauliflower flowerets 1 c. broccoli flowerets 1 c. coarsely chopped turnip greens 2 tbsp. sliced green onions 1/2 c. low fat yogurt 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. sugar In a large bowl mix vegetables. Combine yogurt, mustard and sugar; toss with vegetables. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Makes 4 servings. |
