GOLDEN OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1 garlic clove, crushed or minced
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme or poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2-3 lb. frying chicken, cut up or quartered

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 9x13 pan melt butter with garlic. In medium bowl or shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper; mix well.

Dip chicken pieces in garlic butter; coat with crumb mixture. Place skin-side-up in pan containing garlic butter. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
