SCALLOPED CORN 
1 stick butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1 sm. box Jiffy corn bread
1/2 c. sour cream
8-10 oz. shredded cheese

Melt butter. To that add eggs, corn and corn bread mix, then add sour cream. Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to oven for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
