SPARKLING JEWEL DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Using three separate bowls, dissolve raspberry, cherry and lime gelatins in boiling water, using 1 cup for each. Stir 1/2 cup cold water into each gelatin. Pour gelatins in 3 (8-inch) square baking pans. Chill until set.

Meanwhile, combine strawberry gelatin and pineapple juice in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until thick and syrupy. Fold whipped cream into strawberry gelatin.

Cut three pans of gelatin into 1/2-inch squares. Place each pan in hot water for a few seconds. Loosen squares with a spatula. Fold into strawberry gelatin mixture. Pour into 9-inch spring-form pan. Chill at least 4 hours.

Makes 16 servings.
