GREEN PEA SLAW WITH PICKLES
BEETS
 
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. French dressing
3 c. finely shredded green or Chinese cabbage
1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (1 lb.) can pickled beets, chilled

About 40 minutes before dinner.

1. Stir mayonnaise with French dressing until blended. Toss with cabbage until well coated, toss in peas. Refrigerate.

2. TO serve, arrange slaw down one side of platter, well drained beets down other. Makes 2 servings.
