TACO SALAD | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 2/3 c. Catalina brand French dressing 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt Tortilla chips Brown meat; drain. Add beans, dressing and seasoning. Cover, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Line platter with crushed tortilla chips. Top with meat mixture, salad and cheddar cheese. |
