BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. country style ribs
1 lemon
1 lg. onion
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Bake ribs at 450 degrees to remove all fat (approximately 1 hour). Drain all the fat off. Slice the lemon and onion and place on top of ribs. Make sauce out of remaining ingredients and pour sauce over ribs. Baste often. Add more water if needed. Turn down oven to 350 degrees and continue baking about an hour to an hour and half.
