PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal

Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Blend in the unbeaten egg, peanut butter, soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in the flour and oatmeal. Spread in a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake approximately 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Return to oven to melt chocolate - 2 minutes.

FROSTING:

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and 2-4 tablespoons milk. Spread on top of chocolate chips. Let cool before cutting.
