QUICK OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. uncooked oats
1 2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Beat all ingredients by hand until smooth. Pour pancakes onto hot, greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn to other side. Cook until golden brown.

Makes about eighteen 4-inch pancakes. For no-cholesterol pancakes: substitute skim milk and 2 egg whites.
