BEEF 'N NOODLES 
1 chuck roast
1 bag egg noodles
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Cook pot roast in large pot to a boil. Boil until meat shreds. Debone and defat the meat. Shred in small pieces. Season to taste. Add noodles you can add frozen veggies. Cook in water until veggies are done.
