1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 box Crispix cereal
4 c. powdered sugar

Place butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in large pan and melt. Stir. Pour in Crispix cereal into chocolate mixture. Empty into large plastic bag with powdered sugar. Shake it well. Store in sealed container.
