DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar or molasses

Mis lightly the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, 1/2 can Hunt's tomato sauce, beaten egg, pepper and salt. Form into loaf. Place in shallow pan in moderate oven (350 degrees). While it is starting to bake, combine the following to make a "sweet-sour" sauce: The remaining 1/2 can Hunt's tomato sauce, water, vinegar, prepared mustard and brown sugar or molasses. Pour over meat loaf in oven; continue baking 1 1/2 hours longer, basting occasionally. Serves 6 people.
