SEVICHE 
1 c. fresh white fish finely chopped
1/3 to 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. hot peppers finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice from 5 to 6 fresh lemons DO NOT USE BOTTLED LEMON JUICE

Combine above ingredients and mix with the juice of 5 or 6 fresh lemons. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or more. Eat within the next 24 hours.
