BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
5 med. bananas, mashed
4 c. flour
3 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Add bananas, then 2 cups of flour.

Reserve 2 tablespoons of flour to coat blueberries. Place remaining flour in sifter with dry ingredients. Sift and fold into banana mixture. Stir in vanilla,, sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over blueberries. Fold into batter. Divide the batter into prepared pans. Bake about 50 minutes.
