BLUEBERRY-BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
5 med. bananas, mashed
4 c. flour
3 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add bananas, then 3 cups flour. Reserve 2 tablespoons flour to coat blueberries. Place remaining flour in sifter with remaining dry ingredients. Sift and fold into the banana mixture. Stir in vanilla.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over blueberries, then fold in batter. Divide the batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake about 50 minutes. (This can be used to make blueberry muffins.)
