SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
Baco's (optional)

Wash and drain spinach, drain bean sprouts. Place in large bowl and add eggs. Just before serving toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. white sugar or less
1/4 c. brown sugar
Sm. minced onion
