POTATO SALAD | |
5 lbs. potatoes 1/2 sm. green pepper 2 stalks celery 1/2 sm. onion 6 eggs, hard boiled 1 lg. jar chopped pimento Salt and pepper to taste 1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise Peel boiled potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Dice green pepper, celery and onion. Peel eggs and chop. Add pimento and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise. One quart of mayonnaise should be more than enough. Add to desired moistness and taste. |
