ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 tsp. crushed or minced onion
2 hot Italian sausage links
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3 dashes black ground pepper
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 bay leaves or fresh basil

Brown garlic, sausage an onion in saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer 1 hour with bay leaves or basil. Add tomato paste and simmer another hour, stirring occasionally.
