BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM CHEESE BARS
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butterscotch morsels and butter. Melt in microwave oven 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. In large bowl, stir in graham cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Reserve 2 cups crumbs for topping. Press remaining mixture in 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" baking pan. Bake 12 minutes.

In large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 2"x1" bars. Chill before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
