SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
1 1/4 lbs. cooked shrimp, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
3-4 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
5-6 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper

Mix, chill and serve on lettuce.
