SWEET AND SOUR BLACKEYED PEA
SALAD
 
3 (#2) cans blackeyed peas, drained
2 c. cooked diced carrots
1 chopped bell pepper
1 minced garlic
3/4 c. vinegar
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper or pimento
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 can tomato soup

Mix all together. Serve hot or cold.
