1 egg
1 slice of bread per person
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
Big frying pan & cover
2" round cookie cutter

Put bread in cutting board. Cut a circle in the center of each slice with a cookie cutter. Put 2 tablespoons of butter into frying pan on medium heat. Fry bread slice on one side. Turn bread over. Add more butter if pan is too dry.

Turn heat to low. Break egg in the hole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put cover on. Cook 3-5 minutes.
