PUMPKIN BARS | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 tsp. pumpkin spice 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients; blend until all of the ingredients are well mixed. Pour into a ungreased 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 x 1 inch baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool, then top with Cream Cheese Frosting. FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Blend all together, adding drops of water as needed. Mary Leininger |
