FRESH PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) box peach Jello
Fresh sliced peaches
1 baked pie crust

Mix sugar and corn starch in a pan; add water and boil for 3 minutes. Add peach Jello. Let cool until slightly thickened, then pour over sliced peaches in baked pie crust. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate until firm. Cut down on sugar if peaches are very sweet.
