MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
Sm. can hot peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. container of sour cream
1 c. milk
1 sm. bag Doritos
12 to 16 oz. grated cheese

Grease oblong pan VERY WELL. Pour Doritos all over bottom of pan. Debone chicken to bite size and put over chicken. Cut up peppers and spread evenly over this. Mix 2 cans soup, sour cream, and milk then pour over meat and peppers. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
