STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
40 (2") mushrooms
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. tomato paste
4 tsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chicken broth or white wine

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Dip in melted butter. In a skillet brown sausage; drain fat. Stir in bread crumbs, chicken broth, tomato paste, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well. Mound 1 teaspoon of filling in each mushroom cap. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Place in shallow baking pan. Pour wine or broth into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 40 appetizers.
