1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can peaches, drained

In large pan mix Jello and pudding with 4 cups water, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Pour over drained peaches in 8 inch dish and let set.
