FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, at 350°F.
