MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can tiny butter beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 can Lesueur green peas
1 sm. diced green pepper
1 (3 oz.) jar pimento, diced
1 sm. onion, diced

Drain all and mix.

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Bring to boil for 5 minutes; let cool. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Pour off liquid and serve chilled.
