LINGUINI PRIMAVERA 
8 oz. linguini
Any combination of vegetables (2 or more) :
1 c. broccoli
1 c. thin sliced carrots
1 c. sliced zucchini
Chick peas or frozen green peas
2/3 c. fat free salad dressing (Italian, Ranch or sweet and sour)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Chicken, ham or turkey

Cook linguini according to box. Last 2 or 3 minutes of cooking time add any combination of vegetables. When cooked, drain. Return to pan and add salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, grilled chicken breasts or leftover meat. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Easily doubled. Add 1/4 cup water or skim milk to reheat.
