2 heads broccoli, cut sm.
1 head cauliflower, cut sm.
3 green onions, diced, with green parts
1 sm. green pepper
2 tomatoes, cut sm. and drained
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4-5 pieces crumbled bacon
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mayonnaise (not the "Lite" kind as it makes it too watery)

Mix vegetables, cheese and bacon. Then mix in dressing mix, buttermilk and mayonnaise right before serving.
