POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 med. onion
2 cans creamy chicken soup
1 can French fried onion rings

Combine potatoes, grated cheese, melted butter, sour cream, soup and chopped onions. Pour in large casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and top with onion rings and cook 15 minutes more.
