CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
3 sm. jars baby pureed carrots or 2 lg. jars

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix carrot bar ingredients well. Bake in 11"x17" cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. After cool, mix frosting well and spread evenly. Cut into bars.
