BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 c. butter, cut in chunks
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli

Mix the chicken soup and broth well. Stir in the butter, rice, onions and cheese. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Place frozen broccoli on the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir the casserole every 1/2 hour during baking.
