BROCCOLI RICE 
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 box broccoli, frozen, chopped
1 c. rice, cooked
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz (mild Mexican or Jalapeno)
1 sm. can cream of chicken soup

Saute onions and celery in butter until wilted. Thaw broccoli in hot water and drain. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour in buttered casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
