CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Blend cheese, milk and salt. Gradually add sugar, beating until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary, stir in additional milk - 1 teaspoon at a time.

VARIATIONS:

Chocolate: 2 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate. (Cool)
